FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Where are you located?

I’m based in Warragul, Victoria (Australia) and operate on Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). I offer in-person sessions for clients in the West Gippsland region, and also work with clients worldwide via online appointments.

How does one-on-one coaching work?

Every person arrives with their own rhythm, story, and readiness. Our sessions are designed to help you feel safe enough to slow down and reconnect with what truly matters to you. Together we explore what’s happening beneath the surface, the beliefs, patterns, and protective parts that may be keeping you in survival mode, and begin to re-establish a sense of internal safety and self-trust.

You’ll be supported to reconnect with your values, clarify direction, and begin making choices that align with your deeper truth. I don’t follow a one-size-fits-all structure. You can begin with a single session or choose a package that allows for deeper integration over time.

What makes your coaching approach different?

My focus is on the nervous system first. Real change can only happen when the body feels safe. Rather than pushing for fast results, I guide you toward steady re-connection, with yourself, and if you choose, with Source, Light, or whatever name you give to the greater intelligence that moves through life.

This work is not about high motivation or “quick fixes.” It’s about creating spaciousness inside you so that your natural clarity, courage, and wisdom can re-emerge. Clients often describe this work as grounding, real, and quietly transformative.

What can I expect from a session?

Each session is a conversation held in safety. We’ll begin by tuning into what’s present for you, not just in your mind, but also in your body and energy. From there, we work together to gently unwind what no longer serves you and strengthen the inner ground that supports who you are becoming.

You can expect practical insight, soulful conversation, and compassionate honesty. My intention is that you leave each session feeling calmer, clearer, and more capable of meeting your life as it is.

Do I need to have a specific goal before starting?

Not at all. Some clients come with a clear intention, such as healing after loss, moving through fear, or rebuilding self-trust, while others simply know something in their life feels out of alignment. We’ll find the language for it together. What matters most is your willingness to show up honestly and meet yourself where you are.

What kinds of people do you work with?

I work primarily with people who are self-aware, thoughtful, and often carrying invisible weight, whether from trauma, burnout, over-responsibility, or deep self-doubt. Many have already tried to “fix” themselves through books or therapy and are looking for something that reaches deeper than mindset work.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You only need to be ready for honesty and re-connection.

Is it normal to feel nervous before a session?

Sessions are one-on-one, can can be held online through Zoom or WhatsApp. Many clients find this format more comfortable than meeting in person because they can settle into their own familiar space. The work is just as effective, sometimes even more so, as it encourages deeper presence and reflection.

How long are sessions and what are the fees?

Our initial consultation allows us to map the terrain of your transformation and explore your path forward. Each healing journey requires a unique approach that honours the complexity of your individual experience. We provide a profound archaeological exploration of your inner landscape. Our sessions are carefully designed to support deep, meaningful change. Pricing details are discussed during our first conversation and depend on package. Sessions are booked for 60 or 90 minute sessions. Serious inquiries welcome.

What if I’m not sure this is right for me?

You’re welcome to reach out before booking. A short chat can help you feel into whether this is the kind of support you’re looking for. The most important part of any coaching relationship is connection, if you don’t feel that sense of ease with me, I’ll always encourage you to find someone who feels right for you.

    How soon can I start?

Availability varies, but I do my best to make space for new clients. If you’re feeling called to begin, please get in touch. Once we’ve found a time, you’ll receive your booking link and a brief form to help me understand where you are and what you hope to gain from our work together.

What if I’ve experienced trauma or I’m working with a therapist already?

Many of my clients are also in therapy or have a history of trauma. Coaching is not therapy, but it can complement therapeutic work beautifully by helping you build safety and reconnection in your everyday life. I’ll always stay within scope and honour the boundaries of your healing journey.

If at any point I feel you need additional support, I’ll help you find the right resources.

What can I expect to gain from coaching?

By the end of our time together, most clients describe feeling clearer, softer inside, and more at home in their own skin. They notice they can breathe more deeply, make choices from truth instead of fear, and relate to life with a steadier nervous system and a kinder heart.

In essence, the work helps you come back to yourself.
